We had Emmi's first check up today. She weighed in at 8lbs 2oz. The appt was with a lactation consultant so I fed Emmi there. Lita said we were doing great and had very little to say in regards to how to make it better.
Since we were out and about I also headed over to my docs office to sign paperwork for my maternity leave. While there I weighed myself since we dont have a scale at home. I am only 7 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I guess the labor/breastfeeding diet is the way to go to lose 15lbs in a week.
Emmi also had her first trip to Target.
