We got it done. Our house is officially on the market with our first showing scheduled for Friday. Here are a the link to our house and then a couple pictures of how we clean up:

The dream kitchen we saved up for to finally complete is done.
In the mean time we were able to head to the Nature Museum to see the Queen Charlotte Groundhog not see its shadow. It was chilly but the kids still had fun.
Then we have also had some nicer weather so we decided to check out the playground in our new neighborhood.
Marli is getting so big. We are at that time of year where we are trying to not let Bronchitis or Pneumonia into her life but the poor thing has a ratty cough. We started the proactive breathing treatments to hopefully kick it back. As a result though she has been up a bit coughing at night despite all we are doing. Today she fell asleep at the gym while I worked out. But we also know these days are numbered since it seems like when she takes a nap are the nights she is up until 9 or so talking/playing in her bed. The big 3 is just around the corner.
