Well this week was Emmi's last week of baby camp as she knows it. Laura has been gracious enough to babysit her for the past 16 months but she has decided that she didn't want to continue on. So we have found a new sitter right around the corner, thanks to the Mommies network. Daniela has 2 boys, 1 & 3 who Emmi will get to hang with during the summer. Cant wait for that as next week will be the first week.
We have been to the pool twice, yes I forgot my camera both times, but Emmi isn't overly interested in it. First time I had to hold her the whole time, second time she just wanted to play on the stairs. We may get her arm floaties to see if that helps.
She also is interested in the potty but not ready quite yet. If she has a chance she pulls her diaper off and puts it in the toilet. We also let her run diaperless often before bed. She takes her baby to the potty or she will tell us she has to go so we go through all the motions but no action yet. So maybe by the end of the summer she will be there but who knows.
She is getting so big. She no longer uses her tray from her highchair. It is so awesome to see this across from me while we eat lunch or dinner together.
